While not the best slow-mo skating we’ve ever seen (nothing compares to the groundbreaking Lakai / Spike Jonze classic: Fully Flared) it’s still pretty rad being able to dissect great tricks at such slow speeds.
You may have already seen this but we cannot overstate the importance of this new information…
This hungry octopus has 8 legs that JUST LEARNED HOW TO WALK ON LAND.

Three days ago, my best mate showed me his new Samsung Galaxy S II.
As a diehard Apple fanboy of over a decade, I was incredulous that he still refused to even consider an iPhone. As a self professed ‘anti-Apple kinda guy’, he just laughed as he showed off a ton of features that made me jealous as hell. We both agreed if Samsung could create an ad based on the insight of US v THEM, they’d probably kill it.Here is that ad.

The below video has been doing the rounds this week, but it’s so good I think it’s worth posting here also. I love how the movement of the birds is so similar to a giant school of fish, it’s incredible to see something like this above the water.
Today’s ace video continues the French/sky related theme of my last post only this time there’s no Uranus gazing, it’s strictly death defying feats coupled with displays of athleticism (and balls) in the air, up there:
I Believe I can Fly ( flight of the frenchies). Trailer from sebastien montaz-rosset on Vimeo.
Either the editor for the Harper’s Magazine Weekly Review didn’t see the humour in this line or they let it pass in spite of the joke:
“Scientists in France speculated that Uranus had been struck repeatedly by Earth-sized objects, and looked forward to closer observation of Uranus’s moons.”
Uranus’s moons Get it?
It’s the little things people…
